We are pleased to announce that we are officially moved into our new facility. In order to better serve residents, the new facility will be divided into three distinct neighbourhoods:

  • New Horizons: Short-term rehabilitation
  • Safe Havens: Long-term skilled nursing
  • Harbors: Secured Memory Care Unit

Since breaking ground on June 30, 2016, the new facility has come a long way. This 103,000-square-foot, single-story, modern facility located within The Commons, is a newly developed medical care community located off East M-21 near Corunna, and will include occupancy of 136 beds.
