Meet Our Care Navigation Coordinator, Ashley Rolfe!

With a focus on trust, compassion, and clear communication, our Care Navigation Coordinator Ashley Rolfe, is dedicated to guiding new residents and their families every step of the way as they transition from home to long-term care.
From the moment you consider Pleasant View, our Care Navigation Coordinator is your first point of contact offering facility tours, answering questions, and coordinating support, so all necessary admission preparation is handled efficiently.
Our Care Navigation Coordinator will also support the Director of Clinical Operations as we prepare for admissions to our new Memory Care Neighborhood in the Spring of 2027.
